90-day warranty
Every device sold by BuyCellTrade is covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of purchase. It covers functional defects (screen, battery, buttons, cameras, speakers, connectivity) arising from normal use.
What isn't covered
Damage from drops, liquid, modifications, third-party repairs, or normal cosmetic wear is not covered.
How to make a claim
Bring the device and your receipt to either store. We test it on the spot and repair it or replace it with an equivalent device.
Returns
If the device isn't right for you, contact the store where you bought it. Return conditions are explained at the time of purchase.
